New Physician Loan Program- Intern/ Resident/ Fellow OR Practicing/ Attending Physician for less than 1 year

•720 credit score required for 0% down up to $750,000
•5% down on loan amounts of $750,001 – $1,000,000

Established Physician Program- Attending/ Practicing Physicians greater that 1 year

•Dentist now available.
•Up to $750K with no down payment required
•5% down required if greater than $750K up to $1,000,000
•15% down required if greater than $1MM up to $1.5MM
